I'm looking for a specialised fan control software if one even exists.

So with my current setup my GPUs and CPU are connected to the same loop, and I'm looking for a way to set the fans speeds based off whichever component is hotter. In some games my CPU gets very hot, in others my GPUs get very hot.
Currently I'm using Speedfan with a profile made based on the CPU temp and the fans connected to the CPU fan header.

So what I'm looking for is a way to kick the fan speed up if EITHER the CPU or the GPUs go past a certain temperature. I'm doubtful that a software to do this even exists.

Also is there a software that I can set a fan profile that will disable my fans completely until a certain temp is reached? Speedfan doesn't seem to disable them fully, but that could be down to the splitter I'm using

Using this fan splitter

Solution
You can add multiple heat sources in Speedfan. You can also stop fans with speedfan, just set the fan speed to 0 at the minimum temperature, you can also use the arrow buttons to set the temperature scale. Are you using the latest version?

Edit. Also with multiple heat sources you propably want to set the method to 'MAX of speeds' instead of the default "SUM of speeds".

Edit2. Not sure if that splitter causes problems. Try connecting fans that you want to completely stop on fan headers directly on motherboard. You can't control individual fans with a splitter.

oh I didn't realise Speedfan supported multiple sources. thank you for that, I will look into this after work.

I tried setting my fans to zero before but they never stopped, I thought the splitter may have been the issue since its supplying the power to the fans.
i have 8 fans connected to the splitter, i was looking to stop all of them until a certain temperature.

Thanks for this, I will try a new fan profile on speedfan after work and hopefully it works
