[SOLVED] Receiving errors while installing windows 10

I've been trying to reinstall windows on my desktop but when I was finishing the installation it gave me a bsod and then it reset. After that it gave me errors like SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION and in the what failed section it says "Wimfsf.sys" I also received errors like IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL and 0xc000021a. Is there any way to fix this?

if its fresh install and u getting bsod from wimfsf , then either your harddrive has errors, or your ram has errors
for disk errors u can run chkdsk /f /r in cmd
for ram errors u can use memtest

Would it work if I can only access cmd in the installation wizard? Because I cannot go into safe mode or anything

Disable XMP,
update board BIOS to latest version,
retry windows install.

cmd during install is ok, drives should be mounted, in that case u will need to use drive letter on chkdsk
like chkdsk c: /f /r
