Question Recent built pc wont boot

This is my first pc build so be gentle plZ, My build is an i7-9700k, asus z370-e motherboard,2 8gb g.skill trident ram,evga 750 g3, and a corsair h100i water coolant. Ive tried a lot of things and i cant seem to get this to boot.

the motherboard have the bios version to boot 9th gen?

I havent done anything with the bios as Im a bit unsure regarding how thats done
