Recently built computer wont start?

Ok so I just built a mid range gaming computer but when I try to turn it on, the red LED's flash along with the motherboards power on light (its red when it should be green however) for like 1/2 a second and then it just stops doing anything. The only thing left to show its alive is there are two LED's, called LED 13 and LED 11 (ones white, ones orange) that are constantly lit up. Please can someone help, this is my first build and I have no idea what I did wrong, I can provide more information, just ask.

details on the hardware used? it could possible be a compatibility problem
