when a PC is straight "Dead" it´s on my experience connected with the Bios bad settings, or (happened to me) Bricked after update  was an MSI board funny fact. Try doing a CMOS reset and making sure the ram and the CPU are properly in, Specially that you didnt bend any pins during mount (Easy error to do )

Yes i have done that except for the system speaker and changing the standoffs. What would be the result of the standoffs not being in the correct place? I mean all the fans are spinning and the disc drives are fully operating.

You said at the begginin that the pc is like "dead" Lol. >If the stand offs are not mounted, the motherboard is full of conductive points, if they touch the metalic case the current will flow on your case, shortcircuiting the super sensible components, there are some safety on your motherboard meaning it would force to be shutdown to avoid any (Further) Dammage. if it´s all spinning and all check your ram and processor

Since we can neither see nor touch your PC, we need the results of EACH step of the list, not a "I did that" in order to rule out various issues. Without the info from the steps, we are just guessing.

The ram is fully clicked in and I checked the CPU all pins are straight.

Power Case 580W switching power supply

This is listed as having a 1 year warranty. That would indicate it is not very good. The company appears to be out of business. I could find no reviews or photos of the label with its specifications. I would be curious to know the +12v rating listed on the label.

You also don't list the RAM speed which indicates you don't know much about memory. Whether or not you have compatible memory is not known.

Yeah. I am aware with that the power supply might not be the best. I got it off an old PC. The ram is DDR3. So I guess it could be the power supply.
