Question Recently Built PC making weird crackling noise

I built a pc about 3 weeks ago and its making this weird noise that ill upload a video of. Not sure if its been happening since I built it but its been about 2 weeks since i noticed it. It sounds like its coming from either the GPU or the PSU

important specs are:
GPU: rtx 2060 6gb
CPU: ryzen 5 3600x
PSU: Corsair CXM 650W 80+ Bronze

Performance is perfectly fine and if it wont cause any long term issues, then i'd be fine with letting it stay like this. But if its something relatively easy to fix then please let me know.

Try unplugging all outputs and then just plugging in the one you want.

Sounds like a GPU fan perhaps? I think mine does that too on occasion... should be fine, I would think

Your link did not document the sound for me.
It would be worthwhile to identify the source.
Roll up a paper tube and put it to your ear as a stethoscope to pinpoint the source.
