Question Recently, I've been looking into my problems.

I have GTX 1060 in an Alienware 13 R3 laptop. Whenever I load up a game, my GPU Core clock instantly goes down from about 1800-1900 MHz to 100-200 MHz. I'm not sure what is happening, and if someone could help that would be great.
Im not sure if this is normal, but it causes my frame rate to stay at the 30s. I have seen others with the same card as me get 100+. Im not sure whats happening here.

I used MSI afterburner to check these stats, tried overclocking the core +100, and the memory +90, but it still stutters. Not sure whats wrong
