Question Recently upgraded mobo, cpu and ram but pc won’t properly boot.

So I recently upgraded my mono to the gigabyte B360 aurora gaming 3 and my new cpu is intel i7 8700k and the ram being Corsair vengeance ddr4, however when I boot up my pc everything turns on and lights up but then 5 seconds turns off for a second then repeats itself, I’ve noticed a ref light has appeared on my move, can someone please help me.

what cpu cooler? what gpu?
make and model of the psu?

I have a Corsair H45 liquid cpu cooler, my gpu is a gtx 1050 ti msi and the psu is a Corsair 750w modular gold series.

Just noticed it is the Cpu red light showing

I didn’t actually put any new thermal paste on it I just used what was on the heat sink..basically being lazy
