Recently upgraded PC, beeps 5 times with no output to a monitor restarts and repeats the process

I have recently upgraded my PC. I got a blue screen last night and now it will not output to my monitor and it now beeps 5 times on startup and the restarts itself and keeps beeping.

Specs:
Core i5 8850
Gigabyte B360M DS3H
16GB Corsair Vengeance memory
XFX XTR 550w PSU
Gigabyte GTX1050ti.

I am absolutely desperate here, have tried the RAM in each slot but i dont think thats the issue, i have re-installed the CPU. I have tried resetting CMOS. Thank you in advance for any help

On Gigabyte motherboards 5 short beeps means there is a CPU error. Are you sure nothing has happend to the CPU
