[SOLVED] Recently upgraded to 7700x and NZXT Kraken 240 and I'm getting horrible temperatures

I know that 7700x is supposed to run hot but an idle of 75-80c with spikes up to 85 open case seems crazy. The liquid temperature is also 51c. I've tried reapplying thermal paste twice but still no difference. Is it the liquid? is it the fans? Does my room temperature matter? Please help.

I upgraded from intels 10100f z490 msi. A completely different platform.

ambient temp is 78 degrees. I have 4 case fans 3 intake 1 out.

I pretty much fixed it. armorcrate was making my cpu run really hot for some reason lol.
