RECentral Black Screen

Hi I just bought Avermedia LGP, and I have downloaded the software for it Recentral, but when I try to preview my recording its just a black screen, and when i start to record it records the game but its still a black screen on the preview. This makes things difficult for streaming because there is no preview therefore I cant stream. Any Help?

There might be a bunch of different problems here, can you maybe write how you've set up the LGP? for example cables and such

hmmm i use the component cable. and that is connected the the LGP, then from LGP there is a HDMI connected to my Monitor, and a usb from LGP to PC
