Hi,
My JLAB rechargeable mouse stopped working after many months of good useage

It was a superb mouse since it had a silent click and silent wheel. But now it doesnt work.
I only ever used it on the top pairing selection (the green LED)...but there are two other blue led pairing options.....is it possible that it might still work if i try and enable bluetooth in my laptop?
I use windows 11 Huawei Matebook D.
The green charging led comes in when the USB 2 charger is put into it, but the mouse wont work.
I can see the red led flickering as in pairing but it doesnt work.
It appears that there is no way of changing out the rechargeable batteries...the case cant be opened.
