Recommend a Monitor?

Thanks!
Should I spend that kind of money on a monitor, or can I get something cheaper like this ?

You can get this one:

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/CMCrxr/asus-vg245h-240-75hz-monitor-vg245h

But it's only 75hz, which isn't that huge of a deal.

It's been awhile since I've looked at monitors, but the Hz is the max fps right? If so I guess it would be nice to be able to go over 60, but to be honest since this is my first PC I just want a nice cheap monitor that works. Maybe if I wait till this weekend will there be some sales for memorial day ? I also really value the continuity of a white case and a white monitor I think It'll look cool. Maybe i'll get a white desk next lol. Also does the latency of my internet directly correlate to the response time of monitors? Thanks!

For gaming you definitely want more than 60hz. The internet does not effect the response time of the monitor.

Thanks! I'm glad to hear that I'll get 60+ fps. So with that said how about these monitors?

Uh huh. Just has to white :eek2: Such prejudice!!!

But what a sense of style. So not serious about prejudice but make sure you take pride in your rig. Keep it clean. Monitor its temperatures. Know about warranties before the  unthinkable. Most importantly? Back up your data. Recuva and EaseUS are both good recovery programs but backing up data can prove to be oh so good.

I guess I should get to answering your question pretty soon huh? What? Now? Okay.

What about? You see. When someone asks me to do something I do it straight away without any himming or hawing. I get down to business. I will not be the one to beat the bush. I will be direct and to the point. I will listen and...OKAY!!!!

What about https://jet.com/product/Samsung-Wide-Viewing-Angle-HD-1920x1080-32-LED-Monitor/6c4306dace3d4244a0077b7824fb6cc1 ?

That thing about go big or go home? Yep. But wait! There's more. Enter spring15 as your promo code and you get $29.85 off. Thanks to Capt. Obvious for that tidbit 😀. Too much coffee? Probably.

If you want to ditch style then I'd opt for the KG240 over the AOC

They're evidential so again, whichever is cheaper or looks better to you is the one to get. Also this won't bottleneck your pc in anyway
