Pls recommend CPU case for

Processor: AMD Thread Ripper 1920x
GPU: Nvidia Quadro 2000
PSU: EVGA 650W

The X399 is ATX form factor, so you can use any ATX case you want to. You just can't go micro or mini (mATX or mITX), only ATX or Full Tower.

So no, that MasterBox Lite 3 is mATX, so is too small for the motherboard.

Solid case, very well received, with the mesh front option, not the glass front option, or airflow takes a nose dive and temps from both cpu and gpu suffer as a result.
