RECOMMEND ME A CPU THAT PERFORMS SAME OR BETTER THAN i7-4770K

Hi, I wanna know the cheapest Intel CPU that performs same or better than i7-4770K as I mentioned in the title. It must be either Skylake or Kaby Lake.

well i can only think of the i7-7700K
if you are fine without the overclock then go for the non-k version.
and its $200 cheaper

6700k or 7700k. If you consider coffee lake then 8400/8600k/8700k

I'm from Turkey and in here i5-8600K and Z370 combo cheaper than i7-7700K/i7 6700K and H110M combo. And I guess I will go with i5-8600K.

I also want to know that how i7-6700K is better than i7-7700, what is the difference between them except their base freq.?
