Are you planning on pushing that 14700k to the limits or running it stock? Do you need WiFi?

I would say pick the cheapest out of these if that is what you are considering, otherwise you can go even cheaper.

Just picked this one up myself for a 12700KF.

I might also have gone for this one if I wasn't replacing a white motherboard and was using DDR5:

thank you for your reply

im not going to oc my cpu i just need it to work perfectly without any VRM (Power Stages ) problems

and the thing is important for me 2 USB Type c

wifi not important

im thinking of Asus ROG STRIX Z790-H but the problem it not has the TPM connector and i dont know if it is important

Should have onboard TPM for Windows compatibility if that is your concern.

How fast of a Type-C connection? Can always use add-in cards and hubs/docks to get additional USB-C connections. Typical 4x PCIe card with two 10Gbps Type C is about $50.

If you are looking for 20Gbps connections that would justify the cost of a higher end board. I would probably seek out thunderbolt at that point myself.

i just need 2 usb c
and i need that high end motherboard for future
so between all of them What do you suggest?

Intel is a dead end socket, so 14th gen is it. Next socket is LGA1800 something coming in the form of Arrow Lake S I believe.

Not sure how well you can plan for the future with USB. Unless you already have type-c devices in mind, pretty much any computer with one Type-C will work, just get an external hub and you can have as many ports as you want. Only really matters when it comes down to bandwidth. If you have piles of external drives to hook up or something.

PCIe 5.0/4.0 is plenty 'for the future' PCIe 4.0 M.2 slots are plenty fast.

USB4 / Thunderbolt 4 would be something to look into, but there aren't really many devices out there that need it. For me personally, I have no real high speed USB devices. My current motherboard does offer Thunderbolt 3 support, but I have had no occasion to need it or the Type-C connection.

Can't really make a recommendation without knowing what exactly you plan to do with it. Overspending on high end motherboards is very commonplace. When most people use a single expansion card(GPU), and a couple of M.2 drives or SATA drives, the rest of the motherboard goes unused then what is point of paying $300+ for features that just sit there.
