You could go 750w which would be more than enough, or 850w to give you room for upgrades in the future

Yes Corsair have some very good PSU's. I have the RM850x myself it's been nothing but brilliant! Also with a 10 year warranty.

As stated above a good 750W (or even 650W) PSU is enough for that combo.

NVidia recommends a 600 W PSU for the 5700XT, so going with a good 750 W PSU will guarantee that you are well above the necessary specs.

I have an AMD R7 3700x and an RTX 2060 Super (500W PSU recommended) and I have a Corsair RM650 and it is more than enough.

Thats awesome, i also am concerned about the motherboard and what ram could fit i have two 8gb Pny Anarchy sticks of ram i think its ddr3 or Ddr4 idk but its from an old gaming rig of mine. I was looking at the msi- z390 a pro motherboard idk if the ram will work, “Pc Part Picker” says it will so
