hello I need a new monitor that can prevent fatigue problem in the eye as my monitor I use every day is a lg tn panel with budget 150 US dollars, it has used to watch movies , navigation ... Thanks

Flicker free monitor? I assume you mean a high frequency monitor, that would cause least damage over long use.

Very good recommendation is because of all means but do not get to have that money will be on another occasion. for this kind of monitors video card would be appropriate low-cost
