This is the insides of PC. So would that be enough for 1060 sc to be not overheated and enough space for it to fit in and stuff like that or would it be safer to get a 1050 ti
upgrading the power supply from 300w to to 550 btw also

You should have enough room for a single fan 1060 and a good quality 450-550W PSU would be sufficient.
