Are you wanting a 2.5" form factor instead of those more modern M.2 options?

Why's that? The AsRock B450M Pro4 has M.2 slots and 2.5" drives don't cost much less than M.2 these days

I really just was going for the 2.5 because the price but if it’s not that much cheaper then I’ll probably get a NVMe

The kinds of SSDs you'd want for an OS drive aren't going to be much/any cheaper in 2.5" form factor.
