What monitor resolution will you use? Do you play a lot of games? Latest, modern games?

The problem with building a PC from a shop is that you are limited to the rubbish they want to sell, so you can never get as nice a PC as one you build yourself.
It would be best if you paid a repair shop to build the PC for you, but ask to pay to deliver the components to them yourself.
Or pay a friend to assemble it for you.

You will pay so much money and get some very average components. It's worth paying money for convenience, but not for average components.
Monitor: I am planning on using either 2k 144hz which I have now and buy a second one like that or go to 4k.
Games: Most of my free time is playing games. If i would not need to go to work I would rather do that all day. And I would love to play latest games, thats why I am looking to get something very good.
Building: I noticed that a lot of people who answer me recomend to get the parts for myself and try to build id myself with guidance or if I know someone or some local pc shop to build it for me. So I think I will be going down this direction.

So right now I am trying to get a list of necisery/recomended parts that would go together now or be good for future to upgrade if necisery. Like maybe waiting for new ryzen cpu and just go with 4090 and maybe down the line after a year or two to change if needed to a newer version.

I would not waste my money on a 4k display that is less than 32". My monitor is a 4k 43" living room TV/monitor. That makes sense and makes use of all the pixels.

If you are sitting close by, 4k resolution for a 32" or less does not makes sense. I would suggest you to go for a 27" 240hz monitor instead. Like the LG OLED one i linked before.

In that case, here is my recommendation considering what was said and what you intend to do.

Considering your use cases and resolutions I think a 4080S or even a 4070 Ti Super would be good enough until you feel the performance is too low, or you can replace the card with something like a 5080 / 5090 within a year worst case.
