I have a G11 and a G13 from Logitech. both have programmable keys and are not that expensive... I bought them a few years ago.
G13 is for the left hand with a joystick on the thumb, ideal for gaming (I fixed mine with Velcro on the arm of my relax-chair) I use the mouse on my right hand.
(if you're left-handed you might have a problem and look for another model)

Unfortunately, you will be very hard pressed to find a quality "gaming" mechanical keyboard for less than $80-$100. While Razer's 2014 Blackwidow line is inexpensive, they use knockoff Cherry MX switches, which I'd be very hesitant to buy.
That's about as cheap as you're gonna get for a good "gaming" keyboard. My keyboard, mouse, shoes and mattress get the most use from my day to day, so why not splurge a bit and make it more enjoyable (and better lasting)?
