Recommended CPU cooler for i5-4690k?

What cpu cooler would you recommend for the i5-4690k if i want to hit 4.5Ghz and have good temps while on load?

Would either of these coolers be good for overclocking it @ 4.5Ghz?

Corsair H80i

Corsair H105

I'd recommend the Noctua NH D15, the noise-cooling performance is good, and air cooling is more reliable than the AIO watercooling kits.

As someone that has that Noctua cooler, I highly recommend it. I have it on my i7 4790K and it does wonderful at 4.7G. Silent and worked perfectly since I purchased it.

All of those will do what you want. The Noctua is the quietest if that's what you're looking for. The Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3 performs similar to the Noctua NH D15 and you might get one cheaper depending on where you are.

This applies to all of them, make sure to check the measurements to make sure it will fit in your case. All of these are fairly large.
