Recommended FSAA and AF settings?

What do you guys run your FSAA and AF settings at?

I have a gf3 so I generally leave both settings off.
But I've been exploring some settings with everquest.

Mainly just wanting to see what you guys run your systems at.

I'm planning on purchasing a 9700 Pro soon and then will run at the highest FSAA and AF it will allow.. because my most demanding game is Warcraft 3.

I'm running a GF3 Ti500 currently, I leave both settings off. I find that I end up with too much lag in the controls if I turn either up, in addition to a slight loss of framerate. If the game I'm playing has in game options I'll usually toy around with them, but as far as the Windows settings are concerned I just leave them alone.

i also have a g3 ti500 and it poops when i turn on anything like fsaa etc.
