Recommended Motherboard replacement?

I currently have a GTX 1070 and an AMD CPU and AMD Compatible motherboard but I am looking to swap the CPU for an i7 7700k. Which motherboard do you recommend i buy to go with it, I am looking for a fairly cheap one that will fit in my case.

Also as a side question will my 500W power supply be enough to support this system?

You will have to replace the motherboard, CPU and RAM all at the same time unless you have a Ryzen AMD CPU. Then you could keep the RAM.
