For your I recommend you to get a
Corsair CX550M 80+ Bronze around 40$
If you have little more budget I recommend you to get a 650w PSU as amd components are power hungry also 650 PSU make your build future proof
EVGA SuperNOVA 650 80+ Gold

550w is cutting it too close. We've seen many cases where anything less than a very good 650w unit would cause situations where the RX580 and 590 were tripping the over current or over power protections. I would highly recommend not going with anything less than a 650w unit even though the manufacturer specifications list a minimum of 550w on these cards.
