I am upgrading my PC(My very old AM2 PC)I am planning on buying a GTX 1050ti

An AMD Athlon 6400+ and getting a few other componets that draw very little power(I don't know if they do,it is things such as LED Case Fans x3, 8Gb of ram and a CPU Cooler(A Hyper 212 Evo to be exact)).I wanted to know if a 530w PSU would support that Graphics Card and everything else I will have.
This is the PSU I wanted:

Sorry if I sound like I have no idea what I am talking about, because I don't.
I am looking for something for under $50 if you are going to recommend a Power Supply.

I just got this PC for like $30 over the summer. It's a Gaming PC from 2006 and I decided to upgrade it.That's why it has AM2,I didn't choose that lol
Yeah,I just want to get one thing at a time, and when I can save up $300-$500 I was going to get an I5,Ram and a New Motherboard.Bottlenecking won't hurt the system right or any hardware?Just the performance of games?
Would this PSU be better?
