Recommended printer for windows 7

is there software out there to make windows 7 run my old 6500 hp printer that was run on windows XP ?

If there are no drivers from HP for 7, you can try Vista drivers, or run a generic PCL driver.

If this is an Officejet 6500 then it is Win7 x86/x64 compatible.
