Recommended PSU for build?

I am building a pc this mid year holiday with the following specs:
AMD A10-5800K APU
Asrock fm2a75m-dgs
Corsair vengeance 1x4 gb ddr3-1600
Seagate 500GB 7200rpm hdd
Cm elite 431 plus
Asus 24x dvdrw Multi
What will be a nice psu in the 350-450 watt which will satisfy my system... Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Do you plan to add a graphics card? If that is it and you don't plan on adding a graphics card, then 300-350W is more than sufficient.

One of the 80+ bronze 300W-350W Seasonic OEM PSUs would be suitable for that build, even if you decide to add something like a HD7750 or GT650 to it later.

GO for Asus Mobos, Asrock boards are made of cheaper material & AMD machines are very hot when loaded, so you can imagine how long your mobo will last, And Cooler Master Elite 370 USB 3.0 Version is also good & is a quite costly but have good features in that price, And if you are planning to buy a Graphics Card later, then go for 500-550W from Corsair, Antec, Seasonic, and if not, then go for 400W, it will meet all computing requirement you provided.

ASRock motherboards are solid motherboards. They skim out a bit to make some board be non-standard in height, but nonetheless, they are solid motherboards. I have build some systems with ASRock and I have never had issues. A lot of others who use ASRock also like them.

^Mostly agreed, although some of them (esp. cheaper ones) are definitely more flexible than mainstream offerings from Asus or MSI. I've had generally good results from ASRock motherboards.

Well hi everyone I just woke up...... Lol.... So I will not add a graphics card, but I will use the IGP for gaming, and I'll possibly over clock the CPU to 4.3-4.5 GHz. Will the seasonic 350w oem do the job for the build or I can just use any cheap Chinese spinoff from a case which provides 380w.. Well, I don't think so, but what do you think?

I would not recommend it. Get a quality PSU from Antec, Corsair, PC Power & Cooling, Seasonic, or XFX. 350W is enough.

Well as much as I wanted to try antec psus they aren't sold at my local retailer here. I'm an Indonesian.... This is the website I refer: http://rakitan.com/kategori.php?id=33 so seasonic is the decent choice here.. So you would say the psu I mentioned above is enough?

The Seasonic is the better of those two. That Antec doesn't suck, but it isn't 80+ and is not as good.
Since you mentioned gaming, I can assure you that at some point, if you're playing modern 3D titles, you will want to add a discrete graphics card. Either of those PSUs will support a HD7750, but you will want something stronger if you plan to get a better card. A 380W Antec Earthwatts is enough for any graphics card with a single PCIe power connector on it (even if the recommendations are for higher wattage; they are trying to anticipate all the cheap junk out there).

So you're thinking I'm better on the 400w model? Well that's a big thing because of the equivalent of the $10 bucks difference between 350 and 400w. I'm still on school and gets money from saving and partially my parents.
