Recommended Thermal Paste

Hey guys,

Just wondering, will i need thermal paste (i assume i do) and which one should i get?

I have an i7-6700k with a DeepCool Captain 240 water cooler.

Sorry this is my first build and havent got much experience

99% of the time aftermarket CPU coolers come with thermal paste. Worth checking before purchase.
