I didnt know where to put this but ever since I built my new gaming PC I have tried recording gameplay. After watching back my gameplay, it looked very blurry which I know is actually pixelation. I'm pretty sure it doesn't have anything to do with the recording software because I have tried recording with OBS, Fraps, Bandicam, and I have even tried using my Elgato HD60. All of these came with the same result: bluriness. I've watched countless videos for each software to find the best settings. I'm also pretty sure its not a hardware issue because im running an MSI gtx 1070, i7 6700k @ 4.00 GHz, and 16 gb RAM clocked at 2400 mhz. Please help me with this situation. Thanks.

You can try OBS since it's free:

And here's how to set it up for local recordings, as well as use multiple audio tracks if you desire.
https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/obs-studio-high-quality-recording-and-multiple-audio-tracks.221/ (use the settings for the NVENC)
And to set it up for Twitch:

And to get it setup for Youtube streaming:

And optimizing it for Youtube:

It's almost certainly a software/settings issue.

It may even be your video player that you're using the watch them...

It may even be your video player that you're using the watch them, try another one like VLC player:

The settings above should come out at least this good looking:
