Recover Corrupted or Missing Files

I have a laptop which has the following BSOD: 0xc000021a. I have used sfc /scannow and it found corrupted windows files, but it is unable to recover or repair these files. Is there any known tool to automatically find and repair corrupted files?

yes I know that, but I would like to have that as option B. Must be a way to repair corrupted files without having to reinstall the OS.

start the install, and repair the install instead of a new install
