Recover/Find history or logs on windows 7

hi all, i was not sure which part of the forum i sshould post this topic so if it needs to be moved then please do so.

I am currently having a dispute with my phone provider over my bill, in a nutshell i used their online live chat service to ask them about calling certain numbers which they said were free and now i get my bill and i have charged for them. They tell me that this conversation never took place, so what i am asking is would there be any form of evidence left behind on my pc? I used windows 7 & used chrome to have this chat. I have searched my computer using everything software and it did find https_chat.company name.co.uk_0.localstorage-journal in in chrome local storage but when i go there i can't see any files. There are 4 instances of the above but i can find any files in there to read.

Anyone able to help me out on this?

Hi Dagsky

Unfortunately not - The most you can prove is that you've visited their online chat by looking through your internet history. No chat logs will have been saved to your PC.
