Question recovering deleted word files

I have accidently deleted a few word files and I am trying to find a program that will get them back for me for free.

I tried a program called easeUS but after it found what I wanted it said this is a preview pane , to recover will cost £75 for the full program.

i am using word 2007 , please dont say i am putting myself at risk as i dont open word files from other people.
