Recovering printed file

A few weeks ago I printed a document directly from microsoft word, but I did not save it (<removed> me right). Now I have lost these papers and I was wondering if there was a way to recover those files. Note that I have cleared temp files sometimes so I hope it doesnt have to do with that. Thanks

The printing files are gone. You can have the pages scanned and use and optical character reader (OCR) software to generate an editable document.
