Question Recovery Problem after installin win 10

So i recently installed windows 10. somehow this error pop-up (Recovery )
File:windows:system32:Config

So i can't go back to bios either idk why pressing FN+F1 F2 Dell but yet nothing happening still i am going to this recovery all the time idk anyone has idea that can help me? (Lenovo Ideapad laptop)

can you boot to Windows Safe Mode (with networking), then try "sfc /scannow " from the command line.
