Is it actually smaller of does it just appear that way because your window
location needs adjusting with your monitor settings?

If you mean the button to close the window rightclick the desktop - click
Properties - go to the Apperance tab and click Advanced - Under Item seclect
"Caption Buttons"
and take the size up until it's like you want it - Ok, Ok.

Zarbol
Right click the Desktop and select Properties. Select the Appearance
Tab/Advanced Button. In the Item menu, select Caption Buttons. Use the size
adjustment to change the size. OK/Apply/OK.
