Red constant small dot

There's a red very small dot constantly on the screen when under dark background, it started happening today.Under other backgrounds it's barely visable, similar in grey colorWhat is it?

If said pixel is always on and red, it is stuck. It could be either solvable solution or permanent never going away deal.
