I'm quite desperate right now. Basically, the PC doesn't boot up, and when I look at the motherboard debug lights, the CPU light is red, and the DRAM light is yellow. I don't know what's wrong. Is there a compatibility issue with my setup?

Here's my computer specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X 4.3GHz 64MB
GPU: GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 4090 AERO OC 24GB GDDR6X 384 Bit DLSS 3
RAM: GSKILL 64GB(2x32) Ripjaws S5 6400Mhz CL32 DDR5 Dual Kit Ram
Motherboard: MSI MPG X670E GAMING PLUS WIFI 7800MHz(OC) DDR5 Soket AM5 HDMI DP M.2 ATX
Case: MSI Msı Mpg Gungnir 300R Airflow
Water Cooler (CPU): ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III 360 ACFRE00136A, 360mm, AM5, AM4, LGA1851, LGA1700, Siyah
Power Supply: MSI MPG A1000G PCIE5 1000W ATX3.0 80+ GOLD PSU
SSD: Samsung 990 Pro MZ-V9P4T0BW 4 TB 7450/6900 MB/S M.2 NVMe SSD

I'm a bit suspecious of RAMs but maybe I've connected things wrong? I would truly appreciate any help.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Did you make sure you flashed the BIOS to the latest version prior to dropping in the Ryzen 9 9000 series processor onto the socket? If not, source the latest BIOS version from here;
https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/X670E-GAMING-PLUS-WIFI/support
and then follow steps outlined in your manual, under the Flash BIOS Button section;
https://download.msi.com/archive/mnu_exe/mb/X670EGAMINGPLUSWIFI_EN.pdf
page 57 or this guide;

principle is the same, regardless of the chipset(but the socket is the same).

Thank you, friend. I was very stressed about this, and this solved the issue.
