Red dots and artifacts on screen

When I was playing my pc last night it ran fine. my gpu temps went 57° to 75° during gaming. after that i opened it again in the morning and it ran fine so i opened dirt 3 and play career mode after choosing an event my pc suddenly froze and restarted and my resolution turned down to 800x600 and has red dots on the background i tried to open my pc in safe mode and red dots are gone. I tried to change uninstall and install my gpu drivers again and problem still persist. pls help me i really need to use it for editing

biostar mgv3 h61
8gb ram
gtx 560

I can suggest you to clean GPU, Repaste it. Otherwise it might just died on you.

irepasted the gpu and cleaned it. the problem is still there...

should i bake it?

No, thats literally if you wanna ruin your stow or baker. Buying an new GPU would be much more better option.
But before you decide anything else does your GPU have 6pin and 8pin? If so, did you try to use 2 seperate cables (not 6+8) 6 and 8?

The other is 6pin only that came from the psu while the other one is a molex adapter

I dont have money yet because i just upgraded my processor.

Is there any way to revive my gpu? Assuming its already dead because of its artifacts and doesn't detect by my nvidia control panel.

For now im trying to open my pc using my onboard vga but it won't let me pass tge bios screen. I tried to reset cmos and everything but still stuck on the bios screen.
