Question Red LED light at the motherboard

So i opened up my pc, i saw four lights flashing CPU--VGA--DRAM--BOOT in order at startup then just disappeared after. my pc works fine but I don't know what's causing this. Lastly my OS drive is always repairing and scanning.

The first part - the lights flashing - is part of the POST sequence. The OS drive repairing + scanning is not - do you have a hard drive or an SSD?

That's normal, those diag leds will cycle during post. If they was an issue the system wouldn't post and one of those lights would stay on indicating where the issue occurred.

The constant scanting could indicate a problem with the drive, the filesystem or the system is not getting shutdown properly.

ssd it keeps repairing tho I properly shut down my pc

also, is it okay that my RAM is always the last to light than the fans?
