Question Red Light Cpu Z390 Pro gaming

My motherboard is an Asus Z390 Pro Gaming, my mouse has been having lots of input delay and I think it is because my CPU is not getting enough power. When I am playing games it shows a red light on the LED section next to my RAM cards that is bright red. I read the Manual some more and it said that the red light meant something was wrong with my CPU and I could use help finding out what it is and how to fix it.
