[SOLVED] Red Light on Motherboard.

Sorry, I'm sure you guys get this question a lot, but I've looked through the manual and nothing. I have an old pc with a ah68m grenade motherboard that i'm giving to a friend. Just put a better psu and graphics card in there. The pc turns on and everything runs fine but there are four red light on each of the corners of the motherboard on the back side. Anyone curious if these are supposed to be there or if they are meant to indicate something? Pc feels cool, fans running, lights on. I'm convinced they're for cosmetic purposes but I was curious if any of you would know to make sure.
