Question Red lights on motherboard

Hi, I installed a new ssd yesterday and put a fresh install of windows 10 on it. I am now noticing some of the lights on the motherboard turn on when i boot and shut down. What do I do? I bought this computer pre-built so I don't know much about fixing computers..

When I boot the computer several of the lights flicker, and the the boot_dev_led1 stays on for a second until windows boots and then the computer works fine. On shutdown, the cpu_led and dram_led both flicker, the computer makes a beep and then it shuts down immediately afterwards. Did I install the ssd incorrectly?
