Hello, i am kinda new here and i was tryina ask you guys about my computer its been a while that the disk started to spike to 100% and then my brother bought B360m gigabyte and 8gb adata xpg ram and i3 9100f then for some time the disk was normal but some time before when booting the screen started to have white lines on startup and even when booted we thought it was a hard disk problem and formatted it. Even then the problem remains but suddenly today the white lines turned red and the pc started to restart on itself, i quickly killed the power but i am afraid about my gpu ( msi gtx 750 ti ) . Please tell ke what happened. Help me.

It's possible the PSU might be unable to handle the power needs of the entire system+the discrete GPU.
