[SOLVED] Redragon K552-1 Unknown USB Device (Descriptor Request Failed)

Hello so I bought this keyboard a couple months ago and it was working fine until only about 3 or so weeks ago. I started getting an error that says "Unknown USB Device (Descriptor Request Failed)"
ex: Device Manager Screenshot, (won't let me insert image so had to put a link)

I could think of one reason why this is happening, I replaced my graphics card with a 1050 ti from a gt 1030. Anyways, let me know if you need anything else to diagnose my issue. I've tried it on different computers and it still doesn't work. I plugged it in today after a week or so and it magically worked for 10 minutes or so then stopped in the middle of a game I was playing.If you need to know, I've tried almost every solution on youtube and multiple fourms nothing has solved my issue.

If it does not work on other systems then it points to the keyboard being bad, contact support for it to get it swapped out.

It worked for like 10 minutes last week, do you have an idea of why that happened?

Nope, stars and planets aligned will with the USB cable in just the right position. No way to know unless you take it all apart and check the connections, maybe re-solder the USB cable.
