Question Redragon k556

Hey all, my redragon k556 keyboard is acting weird after a move, behaving very similarly to the one in this post: https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/redragon-k556.3682593/#post-22178567
The solution added to that post did not work for me so I am hoping someone can help me come up with another solution.

Does the problem appear on a donor platform? If not, then the issue is with your OS. You can try and see if uninstalling the device from Device Manager and a reboot helps.

Thank you for the quick response! Where in device manager would the keyboard show up? I'm having a hard time finding it.
