Reference GTX 970 or 970 Asus

Just wondering if i should get A normal 970 or one from Asus. General specs, price and please tell me if you think its worth the extra money. Thanks!

I'd go the Strix if you can find one, I've got the Asus 980 Strix on my Z97 and leaning to a 970 for my AMD rig

I've had the Asus 970 for a couple of weeks now, and it's an amazing card. It's cooler and quieter than any GPU I've ever owned. I used this site: www.nowinstock.net to get it. They'll send an email or an alert to your browser when the card is in stock.
