I came up with this build for 4k video editing using resolve studio.
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Trn74s

thoughts:
cpu: 12th gen intel faster for the same price as AMD so ill go with it. Non k version because I don't want to mess with OC.
cpu cooler: just took advice from google
Motherboard: ticks all my needs- wifi, bluetooth, 2 m.2 and usb-c. looks good to me.
Ram: 32 gb requirement for 4 k.
storage: 1 ssd for media, 1 m.2 for operating system and softwares, 1 m.2 for cache.
Gpu: I already own it and planing to upgrade to something like 3060 ti- 3080 when prices goes down.
case: looks fine and cheap with some fans.
psu: 750w gold is enough I think.

im buying in Israel from this site: https://ksp.co.il/web/
its about 1450$.

what do you think and if there is a way for better parts?
thanks.

Solution
thanks.
From this build i own 1 m.2 ssd and the rx 570.
My budget is about 5000 New israeli shekel.
I have somewhat refined the build excluding the parts you already have. A better Motherboard with better VRM for overall better performance. Sufficient cooling for a 65w processor. Faster RAM. SSD with DRAM cache. Better case. Get the same RMx PSU you have listed...

Which are the parts that you already have? Based on that we can suggest improvements. You definitely dont need a Noctua tower for a locked chip. A SATA SSD is slower compared to a NVME which is not too much more expensive. But those NVMEs you listed lack DRAM cache.

Please mention your budget in Israeli currency.
