[SOLVED] Refresh problem - ASUS ROG pg279Q

hello.
i got a serious annoying problem with my monitor.
lets say im in desktop now and u see the windows bar in the left side down showing u the wired internet symbol,language and speakers symbol.
now when i enter a game, i still see the symbols inside the game.
more than this,even when i switch from displayport windows to ps4 hdmi i still see the symbols down there like the monitor cant refresh itself
what is this,please help (i added many pictures.

That might be something to take up with ASUS. That certainly isn't normal, and you've ruled out the PC and the cable. Really just leaves power and the panel itself, both of with ASUS would have to deal with.
